General conditions

RESERVATIONS: To confirm your booking, you must pay at least 50% of the total cost of your stay. All payments must be made in euros.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation fee applied to the value of the reservation will be indicated in the booking summary.
ACCEPTANCE: Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
USER: The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
GUESTS: The client may only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated in the apartment description.
INFORMATION: All information provided by the user is stored on a secure server, ensuring that only the reservations team has access for the purposes of managing bookings and communicating with the client regarding promotions and future offers.
TOURIST TAX: The online reservation amount includes the Municipal Tourist Tax of €1.50 per person/night (from 16 years old), up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. This tax is only charged between March and October.
PAYMENT: At check-in, any outstanding amounts will be charged, including the Municipal Tourist Tax for reservations made through portals like Booking.com, Airbnb, or VRBO.
CLEANING: The apartment will be provided clean and tidy. The client agrees to leave it reasonably clean, with no rubbish or leftover food.
EQUIPMENT: The client agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition as found, particularly regarding the preservation of furniture and equipment.
NEIGHBOURS: All occupants of the apartment agree to respect neighbours and not make disturbing noise or play music at an inappropriate volume. We reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately and without compensation in case of serious breaches of these rules.
CHANGES: We reserve the right to change the rented apartment for another with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as unexpected occupation or defects occurring after the reservation date. This change will be free of charge to the client.
