With an independent entrance and dedicated parking, the property shares the grounds with another residence. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential daily items, including a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, electric kettle, and sandwich maker. Additionally, the apartment includes a washing machine and a television with approximately 120 channels.
